About Us

Our vision is that all children achieve success in life. Our mission is to provide children facing adversity with strong and enduring, research-based professionally supported one-to-one relationships that change their lives for the better, forever.

Enrollment

Children are 7-14 years old who generally come from single-parent households and face some other adversity such as poverty, abuse and an environment of crime and addiction. Families are not charged any fees.

Programs

Community Based Mentoring
This is the traditional program most people think of when they think of our agency. A member of the community at large is recruited as a role model and matched with a Little Brother or Little Sister, then plan their own activities.

School Based Mentoring
Matches are made and activities are conducted in a more structured school setting, usually an hour per week.

Ready to be Matched

Children enrolled always outnumber volunteers available so there is always a waiting list. The agency plans a series of fun and enriching activities for all children enrolled.
